Protect The Adirondacks

We are a grassroots organization with more than a century of on-the-ground work dedicated to the protection and preservation of the Adirondack Park’s wildlands and the defense of the public “ forever wild" Forest Preserve for current and future generations. We are a private, membership-supported organization that engages in a wide variety of activities including advocacy, research, water quality monitoring, education, legal action, investigative fieldwork, and independent public oversight of state and local agencies that manage the Adirondack Park.
